Standard Music Notation

I recorded these videos in 2006-07 when cameras were expensive and not as good as they are today. The nice thing is that the fundamentals of music have not changed in all these years! I believe that every guitarist should be able to read and understand standard music notation at a basic level.

Part One of the The Guitar Lesson Companion, Volume One offers students a clear, progressive, music reading primer, that actually has good sounding exercises that help students. Get the book, and work through it on your own with these free lessons. Whether you need a lot of structure (weekly lessons) or you want to study on your own with the 4 Year Weekly Guitar Lesson Guide, order your books and get started today!
